2. Check the type and size of the cutting brass nozzle for errors. If used correctly, check whether the copper nozzle is broken.
3, Optical Center detection suggested the use of diameter of 1.0 cutting copper nozzle. The optical center should be focused between-1 and 1. The spots of light are small and easy to see.
4. Protective Lenses check to see if the lenses are clean, dry, oil free, and residue free. Sometimes because of the weather and climate reasons, the air is too cold and other reasons cause protective glasses fog.
5.Focus check to see if the focus is set correctly. If the cutting head is auto-focusing, be sure to check the focus with the APP.

For example, there are many types of stainless steel slags. If only the corner DROSS can be considered corner roundness, parameters can reduce the focus, increase air pressure and so on. If the whole hanging slag, need to reduce the focus, increase air pressure, but focus too low or air pressure too low will lead to cross-section stratification and surface roughness. If the whole hanging granulated soft slag, can appropriately increase the cutting speed or reduce the cutting power. Fiber laser cutting machine cutting stainless steel may also encounter cutting near side hanging slag phenomenon, you can check whether the gas supply insufficient gas flow can not keep up.
Fiber laser cutting machine cutting carbon steel will generally encounter: Thin Plate section is not bright enough, thick plate section rough and so on. Generally speaking, the brightness of 1000W laser cutting carbon steel is not more than 4mm, 2000W is 6mm, 3000W is 8mm.
